Foote’s Mountaineering also organizes the annual Cody Ice Climbing Festival held each President’s Day weekend, a one-of-a-kind event with demo tools, clinic departures, nightly dinners, and slide shows. They also have experts to guide hikers through the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness, which has over half a million acres, and is one of the lower 48′s largest contiguous wilderness areas.
